    At ”My Perfect Dog” dog school training is based on positive methods – motivating dog with food, treats and praise.<\/p>\n

    Our trainings always have an optimistic atmosphere where we don’t allow a judgmental or disrespectful attitude towards dogs.<\/p>\n

    On a daily basis the relationship and cooperation between the dog and the owner is based on trust and positive emotions\/experience, therefore, if you want the dog to listen to you instead of driving the dog into despair by scolding and suppressing its natural emotions, do this – MOTIVATE, GIVE YOUR DOG EMOTIONAL SUPPORT and TRUST your dog.<\/p>\n

    A dog senses the emotions of its owner very well. Even when you pretend to be optimistic, even though you actually are under a lot of stress and close to the verge of anger. Therefore, a part of the training is also devoted to the dog owner’s mood and ability to deal with his emotions. In trainings we will all learn together to trust our dogs, let them make the right decisions and also teach patience and optimism to ourselves as well as the right approach to motivating the dog.<\/p>\n\t\t\tThe owners role in dog training – what you will gain from the lessons?<\/a>\n\t\t

    ”My Perfect Dog” dog & owner school is not only for dogs. The owners themselves will also have to learn a lot. The concept trainings will help the owners to understand how to build relationship and organize everyday life with their dog. Also how to act in new situations where the dog does not yet know the correct behavior and tends to make mistakes.<\/p>\n

    Also, the owner will have to learn to recognize and notice the dogs body language, as well as the emotional state in order to be able to adjust the necessary activities and daily management for the dog.<\/p>\n

    The owners INVOLVEMENT in their dogs training is very important! In fact – it is the most important aspect for success in the growth of knowledge for the dog. The result you will get out of trainings is calculated by how much time and determination you will invest in training your dog, as well as how much you will respect your dogs limits and being aware of its abilities.<\/p>\n

    The best and fastest way for a dog to learn all obedience commands, as well as the concepts of correct behavior is if you work regularly on it, so that the dog not only learns but also strengthen the newly acquired knowledge on a daily basis, thus making it a habit not a ”one time event”.<\/p>\n

    Our experience shows that often due to wrong communication or unconsciously made actions by the owner is the reason for dogs ”problem behavior”. That’s why at ”My Perfect Dog” dog school we will talk a lot about proper communication with dogs and what are the best qualities of a dog owner to achieve the best results in dog training.<\/p>\n\t\t\tWe are saying No! to the theory of dominance <\/a>\n\t\t

    YES, you MUST be a calm and emotionally stable ”guide” for your dog that shows him the right actions and behaviors with a positive, dog-motivating approach, which is based on mutual understanding, trust and cooperation.<\/p>\n

    NO, you DON’T have to be physically stronger than your dog and you don’t need to ”show them their place” in your families hierarchy!<\/p>\n

    ALL dogs (absolutely all dogs, regardless of breed, size, age) can be taught using only positive reinforcement by understanding dogs natural needs, body language and limits. It can also be done quickly!<\/p>\n

    We can guarantee – your dog does not constantly try to dominate it’s family members, other animals or people!<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. You do NOT have to eat before your dog.<\/li>\n
    2. You do NOT have to be first one out the door.<\/li>\n
    3. You can LET your dog walk ahead of you.<\/li>\n
    4. You can LET your dog sit next to you on the couch or bed and\/or sleep on your head.<\/li>\n
    5. Dog poking you with its paw wants to tell you something (or wants to cuddle together, play or just hang out etc.) and NOT dominate you.<\/li>\n
    6. Growling, barking, trying to attack, not communicating politely with other dogs is not because of dominance, but mostly that’s a consequence of stress!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      All of the dogs behaviors have an explainable motive and it is NOT dominance!<\/p>\n

      A dogs basic natural needs are SAFETY, PEACE and HARMONY! This is what we as dog owners must take into account and provide for our dogs both in everyday life and in training.<\/p>\n\t
